Dark Age
The calm of the daylight is deceptive. The empire has fallen and is now but remnants while its six successor states are locked in a never-ending struggle against the massive undead hordes that rule the night. The common man suffers under the harsh oppression of the aristocracy and the violence of the horde. Scholarly pursuits are ignored, and the rites of the old gods are long forgotten as strange settlers speaking in strange tongues swoop in to stake their claim. There is no doubt, the world is in a Dark Age.

Based around Minecolonies, Millenaire, and Zombie Awareness, and featuring favorites old and new such as Tinker's Construct, Quark, Rustic, Toroquest, Ancient Warfare, and Dungeon Tactics, Dark Age provides a compelling world where players can pursue a variety of engaging play styles. Add in several swashbuckling custom structures and plenty of opportunity for low-tech automation and you have a modpack that offers a unique experience as well as a change of pace from other modpacks.

**NEW** A clans system has been added to the server files so that new servers should work out of the box, especially if they are going for a towny/factions kind of thing.

Changelog

Due to mod updates, players may experience some bugs when upgrading worlds. These are mainly limited to Millenaire. You've been warned!
-Mod updates
-Added Invtweaks, Mousetweaks, Vanilla Fix, Random Patches, DEUF Fix, Trade, and Reauth

-Minecolonies is now in pvp mode. This should only matter if you play on a server.
-Minecolonies now uses dynamic colony sizing

-Added Millenaire and Ancient Warfare 2. You will need Millenaire currency and Base Metals alloys to access the bulk of the content AW2 adds.
-Added Ceramics, Inspirations, and Tinker's Complement. Note that there are now two ways to get the smeltery.
-Disabled the old steel recipe. Some of your existing steel may disappear. You will now need a high oven to produce steel. Otherwise you can scavenge it from various structures.
-Steel weapons have been significantly buffed and are now among the best in the pack.
-Made Toroquest an optional mod. Disabling it may help with lag.
-Added Horse Power, Vanilla Automation, ArchitectureCraft and JJ Coat of Arms.
-Added Scaling Health. You should be able to triple your max health though you will lose this on death. Details are in the manual section "Undead" as one step of the recipe isn't in JEI.
-You now need to make dough before making bread.
-Revised the manual.
-Removed two of the three kinds of charcoal blocks.
-The gray books from Dungeon Tactics will now fit on bookshelves.
-The start inventory has been changed to reflect various additions.
-Removed Caravans. The mod is dead and the documentation has disappeared.

-Candles (with stands), chandelier rings, and desk bells now require pewter instead of iron.
-Grenades are now cheaper
-Removed unused fluids/alloys
-Cleaned up JEI
